Design Approach
The talented design team at Southcoast Design Group began by moving walls and incorporating extensive glass elements to enhance natural light and openness. A cohesive color and finish palette was meticulously selected, ensuring a design that would remain stylish and adaptable for years to come. The primary focus areas were the kitchen, entry foyer with a stunning floating staircase, and luxurious primary bath, each redesigned to reflect a harmonious balance of form and function.
Primary Bath Renovation
Staying true to the home’s mid-century modern roots, we retained the original pitched roof, multiple skylights, and the unique glass block of the shower’s external wall. These elements were seamlessly integrated into our new design, which combines today’s most glamorous and modern touches with cutting-edge technology for ultimate functionality and beauty.
The spa-inspired primary bath was designed to meet the following homeowner requests:
